Q: How do I order on TinaAshmore.com?


A: Currently you cannot order items online at TinaAshmore.com. This feature will be added to the website soon. If you would like to purchase Tina Ashmore jewelry and would like a quote, or have a question, please fill out the form on our Contact page. Tina will contact you either by phone or by email to assist you.

Or you can place an order over the phone by calling 00353 18283757. Please note the name of the item you wish to order when you call, as well as any questions you may have regarding the item(s). If you need a longer or shorter length, please let us know at this time.

Q: What forms of Payment are accepted?


A: You may currently pay for your order with a credit card, money order, or a check. Please note that items will not be shipped until payment has been verified and cleared. If you are paying with a credit card, you will receive a copy of the sales slip with the verification code included with your items when they ship to you.

Q: How will my order be shipped?


A: All orders are shipped via ____________________. Recipient's telephone number and email address are required on all orders. This information will be gathered and verified at the time your order is placed.

Due to an increased volume of fraudulent overseas orders, we now require all international customers to pay through PayPal. We ship via DHL insured, or USPS NOT insured. International DHL rates are exceptionally good and the shipping time to anywhere in the world is about 3-5 days. Since international shipping charges vary, you may wish to email us for a quote. Please remember, international customers are responsible for paying all import customs duties. TinaAshmore.com will provide a commercial invoice describing the shipment – for example “jewelry” would be used to describe the items being shipped. Please advise us in the comments section of your order, if your country has a more precise tariff classification.

Q: Will my items be gift-wrapped?


A: Tina Ashmore is glad to gift-wrap any item that you may purchase. The Jewelry item already comes in an attractive display box. If you require the item gift-wrapped, please indicate this at the time you place your order.

Q: How can I make returns or exchanges?


A: Please do not return items without first contacting us for authorization. Items received without proper authorization will be returned at sender’s expense. Requests for return authorization must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Any unused/undamaged item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange, store credit or refund, minus all shipping charges. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned. There are no exceptions.

If you receive a damaged item, you need to notify us immediately. Defective or missing items will be repaired or replaced once the item has been shipped back to us.

Returns must be sent in a sturdy box (no envelopes or soft packaging please) and in their original packaging. We package your items with care, and ask that you do the same when returning an item to us. Jewelry is fragile! Returned items which are broken, bent, or otherwise damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange. There are no exceptions.

NO RETURNS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 3 DAYS. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!


Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Contact Tina Ashmore (info@tinaashmore.com) within 3 days of receiving an order for a return authorization before sending back any item for any reason. Please state the reason you want to return the item in your return request email.

2. A return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned to you via email. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.

3. An RA# is only valid for 7 days. All returns must be received within 7 days of you being given a return authorization code. Postage dates will be checked.

4. Merchandise must be returned in a sturdy box and in its original packaging to prevent damage to the item during transit.

5. Enclose a copy of your sales receipt or packing list, clearly marking the returned item(s).

6. RA# must be clearly printed on the return ship-to label. Your return shipping label should include the following information:
Ship to: RA# ________, Tina Ashmore, P.O. Box ####, Dublin, Ireland #####

If the above criteria are not met, the package will be returned at sender’s expense. We highly recommend that you insure the return package and save the receipt. Should your return package be lost or damaged in transit, Tina Ashmore is not responsible. It is recommended that you insure your item when returning it.

Errors Happen but we work hard to make every attempt at avoid mistakes in packaging, pricing, and product information, but we are human. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

A: Currently the only place to purchase Tina Ashmore jewelry online is at TinaAshmore.com. Items are available at select retailers listed on our site, but buyers should be wary of purported Tina Ashmore merchandise sold through unauthorized channels. Beware of counterfeits.
